No subscriptions
That’s right! Once you have purchased your order we deliver and thereafter there are no charges to keep your profile live! We understand the importance of keeping your profile live.
Memorials to suit
We don’t just offer one standard colour because we care for the appearance of your loved ones memorial and know our customers like to have the choice to match their QR plaques to the current memorial font! Our most popular colours are matt gold and matt silver. However, if you needed a different colour we will always do our upmost to help.
No Expiry
Of course, you know we don’t charge subscription fee’s but we also do not deliver our products with expiry dates. This means your profile can continue to run for generations to come!
Photos, videos, text
Other providers can limit the amount of images, videos, text. At Always Cassiopeia we say the more the better! Let’s get a true understanding of what your loved one was like and if that means more photos then great! Don’t forget you can still have a text only QR should you not have or want photo’s / videos displayed!

Step One: Place your order
Take a look at our shop using the link below. Decide which product you would like and add to basket. If applicable you will then be given options such as extra copies, colourways and we will ask you how you would like to supply your information. Remember, we will work in the best way to suit you including visits!

Step Two: Building the profile
At checkout you can select numerous ways to supply your information. After your order is received you will immediately receive confirmation, shortly after a member of our team will get in touch via the selected method to gain any images, videos, music and text. You can then relax as we then process your order in house. If you have any questions you can contact us by clicking the below.

Step three: Delivery
We will keep you updated throughout the process. Once your order is complete this will be delivered by the selected method. Complete with instructions and application guide if applicable. Once received apply to your desired place and you're good to go! Take a look at our reviews and we would love for you to leave one too!

We advise 7-14 working days from information being received to delivery. If you have an urgent order get in touch with us using the contact form or at hello@alwayscassiopeia.co.uk and we will do our upmost to ensure you get your order in the required time.

Of course, you can select a duplicate for a discounted price at checkout. If you would like a separate profile then you would select QTY 2 whilst selecting no to duplicates. Remember we are always on hand to help!
